Project-specific matters, including scope of work, design approval, payment and deposit terms, permits, engineering, electrical work, installation, warranties, change orders, and cancellation terms, are governed by the signed project agreement between you and WNY Sign Co. Permitting and code compliance requirements vary by municipality. Responsibility for obtaining permits, landlord approvals, and regulatory compliance will be addressed in the project agreement. This Site does not assign permitting responsibility to any party.
